Follow me on this unpredictable journey that is sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, sometimes filled with suicidal tendency inducing doubts (Just kidding) but oftentimes filled with excitement and a slight sense of trepidation at what may follow. This is the story of my journey in search of my goals by learning more about the world, its food and cultures.
Who am I? Just a kitchen cockroach following his passion in chocolates and pastry by (trying to) crawling around the kitchens of the best in Europe and elsewhere. Serendipity has led me to work in many different places and meet many wonderful people who have become close friends and allies in our small, foodie world.
Decided that if I’m gonna do something in life, its gonna be doing something I love. This journey started with the aim of hopefully returning to Asia to start my own. Now, this goal is slowly transforming into reality, and a new journey of hair dropping stress begins with the hope that I don’t get squished and trampled on on the way…….
